Dana Dale has extensive experience in well construction around the world as a drilling engineer, drilling superintendent, and project manager. Dana has performed onsite Project Management for Apache Egypt, Repsol YPF Uirapuru & Sabia (Brazil), Sipetrol BSEAL-3 (Brazil), Pemex, Falcon Oil and Gas (Hungary), Arco Alaska, AOC (Saudi), Conoil (Nigeria), and wells in California, Texas, Louisiana, Wyoming, and the Marcellus. Engineering was performed under his supervision on field development plans for firms including Phillips China, Apache China, Terranova, and KNOC Vietnam, This work included determining optimal well spacing and orientation, waterflood feasibility, platform design, completion design, and infrastructure requirements.

Danny Dorsey is a career engineer and manager with an oilfield service background. He has extensive experience with well completions and stimulation techniques in vertical and horizontal Shale wells. His work experience includes operations and personnel management, safety and environmental management, engineering, service contracting, project management and well site supervision. Danny has experience in all phases of well drilling and completion. He has worked closely fracturing technologies in many areas of the U.S. He has worked in North Louisiana, West, East and North Texas, Gulf of Mexico, Wyoming Rockies and Trinidad and Tobago. He has held leadership roles for Safety, Environmental, Quality and service operations in all areas with multiple product line responsibilities in large operations
John Sturgeon is an energy executive. He has demonstrated success in multiple business domains, both domestic and international, including research, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, contracts, sales and service. Experience includes senior positions in operations, technical, and business management and IT. Highly effective at all levels in the organization. Possess proven persuasion and analytical skills. Operations experience includes a position as Vice President of Technology with Eurasia Drilling Company (EDC) a $1.0 Billion Russian drilling company with 14,623 employees and 183 rigs operating in the Russian Federation and the former Soviet Union. Managed tenders and contracts (Drilling) as well as audits and operational readiness status for TNK-BP for 75 new rigs in Russia (FSU). Vice-President for Integrated Operations (D&C operations) for Baker Hughes responsible for contract negotiations and front end start up of major projects (Drilling and Completions) globally for Baker Hughes. Served as a Senior Consultant (SME-Subject Matter Expert - Chevron SASBU) and Council Energy Advisor for Gearson Lehman Group. Total industry experience – 40 years. Mr. Sturgeon is also a Board member of the World Chamber of Commerce representing the Oil and Gas Industry.
